We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every KML purchased through OrganicTrails. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:

• Email us at organictrailsadmin@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue.
• We will process the refund within 1–2 business days and you'll receive a confirmation from Stripe.

Once a refund is approved

Your access to the affected KML download is revoked immediately. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

Chargebacks

If you do not recognise a charge from "OrganicTrails" or "Stripe" on your statement, please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can locate your order quickly.
