We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every KML purchased through OrganicTrails. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund:
- Email us at organictrailsadmin@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue.
- We will process the refund within 1–2 business days and you'll receive a confirmation from Stripe.
Once a refund is approved
Your access to the affected KML download is revoked immediately. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Chargebacks
If you do not recognise a charge from "OrganicTrails" or "Stripe" on your statement, please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can locate your order quickly.
Payments & currency
All prices on OrganicTrails are charged in Brazilian Reais (BRL), regardless of your country. Any US dollar amount shown on the site is an estimate for reference only.
If your card is issued outside Brazil, your bank or card issuer performs the currency conversion at its own exchange rate, and may add a foreign transaction fee. Neither the rate nor that fee is set or received by OrganicTrails.
Refunds are always processed in BRL for the exact amount originally charged. Because your bank converts again on the way back, the amount credited in your local currency may be slightly higher or lower than what you originally paid due to exchange rate movement between the two dates.
